Returns/Exchanges Process for US Orders
To begin the Return or Exchange process, please read below, and then send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number, and shirt(s) you would like to return or exchange. For exchanges, please make sure to include item name and size that you wish to receive in exchange.
Once the return or exchange has been approved, please print the USPS label, affix to the package, and include the original packing list in the email.
If you have lost the packing list, please print your order email, that will include your order number and email address. Otherwise, we will not know who to refund!
All returns and exchanges must be submitted to us and postmarked within 30 days of the order date. To make sure we can offer you fair pricing upfront, there are no exceptions to this policy.
We accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the order date. Returned or exchanged items that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, or returned in unsuitable condition will be returned to the original shipping address.
We will process exchanges and reship within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
We cannot refund shipping charges if you had selected any expedited shipping options.
Gift cards and Final Sale Items cannot be returned.
Returns/Exchanges Process for International Orders
Please contact us at email@example.com to let us know you will be exchanging or returning any items. Same rules as above apply, but we cannot provide prepaid shipping.
Please pack the item(s), and include the original packing slip that came with your order, or a note with your order number and email address. For the package value, use the price paid for the item(s) you are returning or exchanging. Using the carrier of your choice, please mail to the following address:

For orders from Canada, we will deduct 20% from your return for processing and restocking.
